An English-language workshop for internationals
Living abroad can be exciting — and disorienting. This experiential workshop offers a space to reflect, reconnect and grow using psychodrama, a creative method that brings inner processes to life through role-play, movement and group work.
Together, we will explore:
🔹 How we navigate new roles, cultures and expectations
🔹 What helps us feel seen, safe and empowered
🔹 How we can move from feeling like outsiders to becoming active co-creators of our lives and communities
In this course, you will have the opportunity to:
🔹 Share stories, build connections, and foster a sense of belonging
🔹 Activate creativity, spontaneity and inner resources
🔹 Learn basic psychodramatic tools and principles
This workshop is for internationals in Austria — whether you’re a coach, educator, professional, or simply curious. No prior experience with psychodrama is needed. Come as you are.
Trainer: Orsolya Lelkes, MSc, PhD: psychodrama director (ÖAGG), psychological counsellor (Psychologische Beraterin, WKO), certified coach (ICF), economist, postdoctoral researcher (PhD, LSE)
Fee: Normal price: 220€, Early bird discounted price (until 10. September): 160€
