Psychodrama-Forschung: Meilensteine in 100 Jahren
Lassen Sie uns einen Blick auf die Forschung während J. L.s Lebenszeit und darüber hinaus werfen. Neben Psychodrama müssen wir auch Soziometrie, Soziodrama und Rollenspiel berücksichtigen. Aktion, (biblio) Drama, Erfahrungs-, (ausdrucks)kunst-, Gruppen- und Theatertherapien umfassen das Psychodrama. Da es verschiedene Arten von Forschung gibt, müssen wir auch den Aktionsforschungsansatz würdigen. Dies führt uns auch in das nicht-klinische Feld.

Psychodrama Research: Milestones in 100 years
Let us have a look into research during J. L.`s lifetime and beyond. Along with psychodrama, we must include sociometry, sociodrama, and role-play. Action, (biblio) drama, experiential, (expressive) art, group, and theatre therapies subsume psychodrama. As there are different kinds of research, so we have to honor the action research approach. This also leads us to the non-clinical field.

Palliatives Psychodrama
Das Erasmus+ Projekt „Tod-Erziehung für Palliative Psychologie“ (DE4PP) untersuchte die Auswirkungen des Unterrichts in palliativer Psychologie mit Psychodrama und Kunsttherapie, da positive Effekte auf die Einstellungen der Studierenden gegenüber Leben und Tod vermutet wurden, die durch den Einsatz dieser Therapieformen erzielt wurden. Insgesamt nahmen fünf Länder an diesem Projekt teil, das von der Europäischen Kommission finanziert wurde (Österreich, Israel, Italien, Polen und Rumänien). In Österreich absolvierten 34 Studierende der Universität Klagenfurt den Pilotkurs mit dem Titel „Palliative Psychologie“, der von den Projektpartnern entwickelt wurde. Die Kursteilnehmer füllten zu Beginn und am Ende des Kurses psychologische und Zufriedenheitsfragebögen aus, um die Auswirkungen des Unterrichts in palliativer Psychologie mit Psychodrama und Kunsttherapie zu messen. Ebenso wurde die Forschung mit einer Kontrollgruppe durchgeführt. Darüber hinaus nahmen am Ende sechs zufällig ausgewählte Kursteilnehmer an einem Fokusgruppeninterview teil, das Fragen zu ihren Erfahrungen im Kurs, den Auswirkungen von Kunsttherapie und Psychodrama-Techniken, Erfahrungen mit der verbalen und künstlerischen Verarbeitung von Todesangst sowie zur Bedeutung von Leben und Tod und zur Darstellung des Todes und damit verbundenen Gefühlen enthielt. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Auseinandersetzung mit Leben und Tod bei den Teilnehmern aufgrund des absolvierten Kurses stattgefunden hatte. Im Rahmen des Kurses wurden kreative Künste und Psychodrama zu Brücken zum Tod. Das Ausfüllen von Zufriedenheitsfragebögen, Fotostimmenaufgaben, Rollenumkehr und die Visualisierung eines persönlichen sozialen Atoms wurden von den Studierenden als besonders effektive Methoden zur Selbstreflexion angesehen.

Palliative Psychodrama
The Erasmus+ project „Death Education for Palliative Psychology“ (DE4PP) investigated the effects of teaching palliative psychology with psychodrama and art therapies as positive effects on students‘ attitudes towards life and death were suspected through the use of these forms of treatment. A total of five countries participated in this project funded by the European Commission (Austria, Israel, Italy, Poland, and Romania). In Austria, 34 students from the University of Klagenfurt completed the pilot course entitled „Palliative Psychology“ generated by the project partners. Course participants filled out psychological and satisfaction questionnaires at the beginning and end of the course to measure the impact of teaching palliative psychology with psychodrama and art therapies. Likewise, the research was conducted with a control group. In addition, six randomly chosen participants in the course participated in a focus group interview at the end, which included questions about their experience of the course, the impact of art therapy and psychodrama techniques, experiences of verbal and artistic processing of death anxiety, and the meaning of life and death, representation of death and associated feelings. The results showed that the processing of life and death had occurred in participants due to the course they had completed. As part of the course, creative arts and psychodrama were bridges to death. Filling out satisfaction questionnaires, photovoice assignments, role reversal, and visualizing a personal social atom were seen by students as particularly effective methods for self-reflection.
